The TSA Operating Platform (TOP) is a federal government computer system that contains TSA information that is not intended or authorized for dissemination to anyone other than those TSA employees who have a need for the information in the performance of their official duties. It may contain information that is privileged or otherwise protected from public disclosure. The public availability of the information in this system is determined by the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552). Sensitive Security Information (SSI) Warning WARNING: One or more systems within the TOP contain Sensitive Security Information that is controlled under 49 CFR Part 1520. No part of this record may be disclosed to persons without a "need to know", as defined in 49 CFR Part 1520.11, except with the written permission of the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration or the Secretary of Transportation.
